Giveaway terms
- Promoter. Wheelsup, Victoria, Australia ("we").
- Promotion period. Starts 24 October 2026 at 12:00am and closes 31 January 2027 at 11:59pm (AEDT, Sydney time). Update 24 October 2026: the closing date has been extended from 31 December 2026 to 31 January 2027, giving everyone more time to enter. All entries already made still count.
- Who can enter. Australian residents only. Residents of the ACT, South Australia and the Northern Territory are not eligible. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to enter, and a parent or guardian must accept the prize on their behalf. Wheelsup staff and their immediate families can't enter.
- How to enter. Place a paid order on whlsup.com during the promotion period with a total of $50 AUD or more after discounts and before shipping. Each qualifying order is 1 entry. Orders that use a Wheelsup rider (sponsor) code get 2 entries. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders you can place.
- What doesn't count. Orders that are cancelled, refunded (in full or so the total drops below $50), or not paid. Orders shipped outside Australia or to the ACT, SA or NT.
- The prize. One Sur-Ron Light Bee X electric dirt bike (approximate retail value $6,399 AUD). The prize is for off-road use on private property only. It is not road registrable and must not be ridden on public roads, footpaths or bike paths. The winner is responsible for safe use and protective gear. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, we'll substitute an electric dirt bike of equal or greater value.
- The draw. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries on 1 February 2027, and the draw is shown live on TikTok at @wheelsup.clothing.
- Winner notification. We'll contact the winner by the email on their order within 2 business days of the draw and announce their first name and state on our socials. If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, we'll redraw on 16 February 2027, also live on TikTok.
- Delivery. We'll arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's Australian address at no cost.
- Fair play. Entries using fake details, someone else's payment details, or that try to game the promotion are invalid. Our decision on eligibility is final.
- Privacy. We use entrants' details only to run this promotion and contact the winner, as set out in our privacy policy.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury from taking part in this promotion or using the prize, except for liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
