Shipping

Wheelsup ships worldwide. Every order is processed from Australia and comes with tracking.

Costs

• Australia: free standard shipping on orders over $100. Under $100, standard and express rates are shown at checkout.
• International: rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

• Estimated delivery: 10 to 12 business days from when you order.
• During drops and busy periods it can take up to 16 business days.
• Business days don't include weekends or public holidays.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders

Customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We can't control customs delays once a parcel leaves Australia.

Wrong address or lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email wheelsup.clothing@gmail.com and we'll chase it up with the courier.
