Shipping Information

WheelsUp Clothing ships to Australia, the United States, and Canada.
All orders are processed and dispatched from Australia (AUD).

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 10–12 business days

  • Possible Delays: Shipping may take up to 16 business days during high-demand periods or unforeseen delays

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, WheelsUp Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processing for international orders.

Exchanges (Swaps Only)

We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges (swaps) under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your item

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international return shipping, unless stated otherwise.
